It was the 10th of June, what started out as a beautiful day here in Bristol, just the way the day before had been. ... But when we began to get up towards Hinesburg, it seemed like we were headed for trouble. Storm clouds rolled in and we say a few flashes of lightening off in the West. ... But the prospects for a great Sunday drive were too good to let a few clouds interfere. We went ahead anyway and, sure enough, the isolated storm passed, the clouds broke, and we spent a beautiful afternoon driving up to Richmond. ...
