It's probably because we ran into those '57 Chevy's in Richmond,  {See this month's AutoMotives for the pix.}, but when we thought about the DownStreet Jukebox for this time around, we couldn't help it.  ... 

In honor of those classic machines, then, we had to get some Classic Rock up on the board.  ...

This month's DownStreet Jukebox has some all-time favorites ... including  The Big Bopper, Buddy Holly, Elvis, Fats Domino and Little Richard.  Each of them is rockin'.  But when the time is right for a change of mood, we also included the classic steel guitar of Santo & Johnny with Sleepwalk.

We hope you enjoy this month's selections on the DownStreet Jukebox.  If you grew up in the '50s, chances are you will.  But even if you're a latecomer to these genuinely Golden Oldies, lend 'em an ear.  ...  You won't regret it.
